Sample Collection Instruction
水样采集说明
- 采样点：覆盖水库的主要区域（藻类分布、营养盐情况存在差异的区域等）；如果水库垂直混合均匀，采集表层水样即可，如果有明显的垂直分层现象，最好分层取样
- 采样体积：3升左右
- 水样保存： 4°C保存，不需要加其他试剂，邮寄时加冰袋
- 信息记录： 采样点、采样时间、采样深度
- 水样邮寄：（加冰袋，到付即可）
